Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our location in Townsville, Far North Queensland.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Queensland: 3–7 business days
• Rest of Australia: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for rural or remote areas.

We offer  calculated shipping at checkout on all orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to postal services, weather conditions, or high demand periods, which are outside of our control.

International Shipping Policy

International orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery may take up to 20 days, depending on the destination, postal service and customs processing.

Please note that delivery estimates are a guide only. Customs inspections, public holidays and circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Customs Duties and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or handling fees when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Gingerwicks Crystals.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Gingerwicks Crystals does not pay or reimburse these charges.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any customs or import charges that may apply.
