No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

Each crystal is:

• Individually photographed with high-quality, true-to-life images
• Clearly described with accurate weights and details
• Sold as a one-of-a-kind item, so you receive exactly what is shown

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos and we will assess the issue and offer a replacement if applicable.
